Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Return Options
Option 1: Self Return
You can return the product to us by sending it to our address (provided upon request).
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund via:

- JazzCash
Option 2: Courier Pickup
We can arrange a pickup from your address.
- A Rs. 250 delivery/handling fee will be deducted
- Remaining amount will be refunded via your selected method
